Instructions for Syrups

Here are general instructions for BOTH elderberry and PROpotion:

• WITH SYMPTOMS

• Persons 8yrs and above, take tablespoon by mouth, every 2 hours.
  

• Persons 1yr - 8yrs, take teaspoon by mouth, every 2 hours.
  

• Persons 6 mos - 11 mos, take 1/2 teaspoon, 3 times daily, WITHOUT honey.
  

Along with orange juice (NO orange juice for those under 

6 months and those with blood sugar issues) and/or water. 

All in rotation EVERY two hours, until all symptoms leave. 

• FOR PREVENTION
  Aforementioned dosages 2-3 times daily. 

Usually one in the morning and evening is good. 

• IF FEELING ICKY

  Take aforementioned dosages for prevention.
  Keep refrigerated. 
  Shake Well Before Use. 
  Minimum shelf life of 3 months.
